SANTIAGO : Between 1 and 5 business days from your purchase. In case of being framed, it can take up to 7 days.
REGIONS : between 2 and 8 business days. We do not ship Framed.
INTERNATIONAL : We ship with DHL and it takes between 7 to 11 business days from your purchase.
We want you to love your Mappin. If you don't like it, you can exchange it for any Mappin map, or we'll refund 100% of the money you paid to have it.
If there is any fault or detail that you are not completely satisfied with, write to us, and I assure you that we will change the product without problems.
To do this, you must send an email to contacto@mappin.cl with your order number in the first 30 days from your purchase.
