A World Map that is very different from the rest. This one shows us the trade routes of the time (not sooo long ago), and the trips made by steam boats (in white lines).
On the other hand, it teaches us the complex network of telegraphs that connected the entire world (red lines). The effort that was made to cross the oceans with submarine cables is completely historic.
