SHIPMENTS

We want your Mappin to arrive safe and sound :)

Within Santiago : 1 to 5 business days from your purchase.*

*Framed may take an additional 5 business days. We do NOT ship framed to Regions. Choose Lamina format for those cases :)

Regions : 2 to 8 business days.

To other countries : We ship with DHL, between 7 to 12 business days.

RETURNS

We want you to love your Mappin. If you don't like it, you can exchange it for any Mappin map, or we'll refund 100% of the money you paid to have it.

If there is any fault or detail that you are not completely satisfied with, write to us, and I assure you that we will change the product without problems.

To do this, you must send an email to contacto@mappin.cl with your order number in the first 30 days from your purchase.
